Vision Statement

To be the leading institution in the Visayas and Mindanao regions in the fields of electrical, electronics, and communications engineering with a standard that is at par worldwide;

To be a department with a highly qualified and dedicated faculty members and staff;

To have a strong linkage with the government, the industry and the academe for purposes of enhancing research collaboration and faculty and student internship program; and

To be of service to the community by sharing with them the department’s technical expertise and human resources.

Mission Statement

Fully cognizant of its role in nation building, the EE/ECE Department seeks to be in the forefront of scientific and technological advancement and development by conducting research, providing consultancy services to the public and private sectors in line with the department’s technical expertise, and more importantly by producing graduates who are not only globally competent but who are environmentally conscious and committed to community service as well, in keeping with the Christian mission of the University.
