Facilities
General Facility
The department is a two-level annex of the Bunzel Building located in the Talamban Campus. At the lower level are the chair’s office, the faculty room, a mini-library cum conference room, two air-conditioned classrooms and Chemical Engineering Laboratory 1. At the upper level are the research laboratory and the office of the laboratory head.
Still part of the department is a separate two-story building where the Chemical Engineering Laboratory 2 is housed and where the laboratory technicians are stationed.
The mini-library, which is intended mainly for department faculty members, is also open to students but only for limited hours. It houses the more recent editions of chemical engineering textbooks and references, encyclopedia, journals, unpublished theses and technical magazines.

Chemical Engineering Laboratory 2
This laboratory is home to pilot-scale QVF set-up for experiments in evaporation and distillation.
Physical Chemistry Laboratory
In this laboratory, students do experiments on the basic principles and analytical applications of electrochemical reactions, radiation, spectrophotometry, surface tensiometry, conductimetry, calorimetry, polarimetry, viscosimetry, osmometry and thermometry.
Research Laboratory
Located on the second level of the department building, the laboratory is sectioned into four interacting areas:
